How we count
- Money is counted from payments confirmed in the ledger, after cancellations. Unpaid bills are left out.
- Figures are frozen when approved. This page stays the same until management publishes new figures or withdraws them.
- A figure that comes from fewer than three units or owners is never published, so no one's income can be worked out.
- The period is always the last twelve complete months; the month in progress is left out.
